Our Service Model is a centrally-dispatched work order system that communicates service requests to our technicians in a
real-time environment.

Service requests are received by the service department via our website. Every service request is dispatched to one of our qualified technicians and placed on an interactive dispatch board. Mapping technology allows us to track technician activity,
re-route technicians to handle priority calls as they come in throughout the day, and to communicate to customers the status of their service request.

All Relyant technicians use on-board laptops to receive updated dispatches in real-time throughout the day. As each service call is completed the work order is updated in the field and the dispatch board automatically routes the technician to the next priority call.
